OUR PROCESS COMPRISES OF 4 MAIN AREAS
1. The Skeleton
- Assessment completed.
- Entire superstructure stripped, checked and labelled.
- Damaged and worn parts replaced, electronics upgraded.
- Hydraulics stripped and refurbished.
- Entire structure sandblasted and resprayed.
- Re-assembled using new belts, seals, pins, nuts, bolts and oils.
- Balanced and tested.
2. The Heart and Lungs
- Completely dismantled.
- All parts measured and tested for wear and damage.
- Auto greaser checked and upgraded if necessary.
- New bearings, shims, belts etc. fitted.
- Fan housing resprayed after all repairs completed.
- Rebuilt and balanced.
- Software and electronics upgraded.
3. The Arms and Legs
- Stripped, assessed and measured.
- Renewed arm components fitted.
- New pins, bushes and hose reels.
- All hydraulics and rams resealed or replaced.
- New excavation hose fitted.
4. The Muscle
- Remounted onto a new truck chassis.
- Or old chassis rejuvenated to modern standards, with:
Lighting replaced.
Damaged bumpers etc. replaced.
Leaves us fully serviced for brakes, oils, filters etc. - Livery Installed.
